Traditional red oak bo staff with a tapered design, where the thinner profile makes it slightly lighter and more agile than a straight bo (the 5 ft version is the lightest and most slender). Intended for light training only, such as forms and coordination drills. Not suitable for intense training or striking. Available in 6 ft, 5.5 ft, and 5 ft lengths.
