Constructed with a durable 18 oz. COVERENE outer shell and foam lining for excellent durability and shock absorption, this bag is filled with textile and ballast to provide heavy resistance and balanced performance during intensive training. Ideal for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and martial arts gyms requiring a larger training surface.
